Integration Steps

Access Factory Platform

Log in to your Factory account and navigate to Settings > Integrations section.

Initiate Google Drive Integration

Click on “Connect” next to Google Drive to start the integration process.

Login to your Google Account or select the appropriate account.

Provide Factory access to your Google Account.

Incorporate Google Docs into your workflows

Use the @ to tag relevant docs or simply copy and paste the google doc URL to add to context.

Export generated Fragments to Google Drive

Use the Export to Drive to export Factory generated docs to Google Drive.

Verification

After configuration, verify that the integration status shows as “Connected” in your Factory dashboard.

  • Simply tag a Google Doc using the @ sign or simply copy/paste a URL doc

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues during integration:

  • Ensure you have provisioned full access for GDrive in Factory

  • If provisioned but not resolved, please disconnect and reconnect GDrive from the Integrations panel in the Settings tab. For persistent problems, contact Factory support with specific error messages or screenshots.
