Now that you’ve set up Single Sign-On (SSO) for your organization, it’s time to create your Factory account. This process is straightforward and will get you ready to start using Factory’s powerful tools.

Signup Process

Receive Invitation

Your Factory point of contact will send you an email invitation to join Factory.

Click Invitation Link

Open the invitation email and click on the provided link to start the signup process.

Choose SSO

On the signup page, select the option to sign in with your company’s SSO.

Authenticate

You will be redirected to your company’s IdP login page. Enter your credentials to authenticate.

Complete Profile

Once authenticated, you may be asked to complete your Factory profile. Fill in any required information.

Accept Terms

Review and accept Factory’s terms of service and privacy policy.

Access Dashboard

Upon completion, you’ll be directed to your Factory dashboard.

Important Notes

  • Ensure that the email address you use to sign up is registered in your company’s IdP.
  • If you encounter any issues during the signup process, please contact your IT department or Factory support.
